I am an Assistant Professor of Economics (tenure track) at the United States Naval Academy.
My research interest are primarily in labor economics. My published articles are on the causes of deunionization and the labor market effects of employment protection legislation (EPL). My current projects focus on labor force participation, statistical discrimination, and EPL.
